Join me in exploring inner realms of your life while also exploring the greater world. The retreats each focus on a spirituality-centered theme, changing depending on the locale. My upcoming retreat will be held in Antigua, Guatemala this March, 2023. Join me for a week in an intimate setting in Antigua, Guatemala, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. While staying at a 16th-century Spanish Colonial home, we will weave a new dream for ourselves by combining teachings from the Mayan Cosmological Calendar and physically working with natural dyes, threads and jade. The Trecena of Imox asks that we consider a new path to thrive and flourish. Days will be spent dying natural threads to later weave into an altar piece. We will learn about Indigo and dye natural fabrics, cook a traditional Guatemalan meal together and create an original jade jewelry piece. Every activity will be based on a foundation of the sacred calendar to further your practice of self-care. |
